About this project
FreeDark is a Safari extension for making bright pages more comfortable to read. It changes the page locally and gives you control over the tone, schedule and individual sites.
The fiddly part is keeping pages usable. Different sites style things in different ways, so the extension tries to work with their colours and styles before falling back to broader changes.
